This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and has no forms. Personal data arises in only two cases: technically when you open the site, and when you send us an email.
The site is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; transfers on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details in order to serve the site and protect it from attacks. We keep no visitor statistics of our own. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Videos on this site are hosted by us; nothing is loaded from video platforms. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave this site, and the privacy terms of that platform apply.
When you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. The legal basis is the initiation or handling of a collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our mailboxes run on Google (Google Ireland Ltd.; third-country transfers on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
The list lives on its own page, jointheglamera.com, with its own privacy notice. This website only links there; clicking the link transfers no data.
We keep emails for as long as handling your enquiry requires or statutory retention duties exist. Cloudflare keeps technical access data only briefly for security purposes.
You have the right of access and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may assert these rights against either of the two controllers, regardless of their internal allocation of responsibilities. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
